Terms and conditions

1. BabyFish Online Store can amend the promotion without prior notice.

2. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy the flat rate promotion. However, the flat rate is applicable for one (1) single order only to one (1) shipping address only.

Processing of Shipment

1. We process and ship out all orders within 2 working days.
i.e. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. 
However, we might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.

2. When we arrange your order, we will send you the tracking number to your email of registration. Orders will be shipped by PGEON DELIVERY or POS LAJU.

3. When we post out your items, we will send you the tracking number to your email of registration during order within on next working day after 3pm. Orders will be shipped by PGEON DELIVERY or POS LAJU.

4. Members cannot choose shipping companies, final decision is by BabyFish Online Store.

5. There is NO same day delivery.

6. Saturday and Sunday is not classify as working day.
